Refunds and Exchanges

 

Dear 4Care Customer,

It is our deepest desire that everyone be 100% satisfied with our unique line of handicap clothing. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if you accidentally ordered the wrong size or the wrong product, then you can return the products, only under certain conditions. This stipulation also applies to products you ordered for a view and/or to determine the size. You may fit the products but not wear them.

 Please also include a copy of your packing list or invoice. Return shipping costs and risks are entirely borne by the buyer. Our return address is: 4Care Nederland BV, Denestraat 8, 5541RL Reusel, The Netherlands.

 

You cannot return products if:

  • The products are labelled or have been labelled;
  • The products are washed;
  • The products were worn or are dirty;
  • The product is specially made ​​for you;
  • The purchase is older than three weeks.
